It is my goal to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping expenses. No refunds will be given for damaged or worn items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive,
Please inform me if there are any problems, damages or delays with your item,
I am here to help. I will not consider a package as lost until 6 weeks have passed, and then I will initiate a trace with my post office.
Once we receive the order confirmation we will assume buyer has acknowledged this policy.
Current processing time for each order is 2-3 business days from payment is received, plus 2-5 regular first-class shipping days for domestic orders. 1-2 weeks for international orders.
Due to the handmade nature items may vary a bit from the picture because sometimes it is hard to get the exact same design I use but I do my best to bring you only most beautiful quality.
